About Us

About NowSheffield

NowSheffield provides opportunities that empower young people, helping them to learn and develop skills for employment and for life.  We aim to reduce the number of young people who are at risk of social exclusion.

NowSheffield’s principle beneficiaries are young people (aged 16 – 25) from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, together with students who are from Sheffield or have come to study in the city.  However, we welcome young people from all backgrounds so participants gain all the benefits of working in a diverse group. We believe that through collaboration and peer-to-peer learning, participants will be able to develop their interests and skills as well as a greater awareness of each other.

Anyone living in Sheffield will benefit as this project is about bringing the community together.
